The workshop is recommended for hotel front-house staff, middle management.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\">The main topics that will be addressed in this workshop are:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Experience Continuum<\/li>\n<li>Customer Care<\/li>\n<li>Customer Success<\/li>\n<li>Customer Experience<\/li>\n<li>Customer experience \u2013 strategies &amp; techniques<\/li>\n<li>Techniques and methods used, group exercises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\">Ms. Mihaela Stoica, psychologist and certified corporate is the trainer of the Customer Experience Workshop. Mihaela is an accredited trainer in psychopedagogy and a psychologist specialized in organizational psychology. She has over 17 years of experience as a trainer in institutions and different organizational environments and 10 years of experience in continuing medical education courses. She has published studies focused on resilience, trust and managing employees&#039; emotions in organizations.
